Thursday was a long working day with an early start, travelling to the Midlands, an all day meeting then returning to London.
I had planned to not go to class and although I got back into London earlier than planned I didn’t take the chance to go as I had back ache all day long. Instead I did a gentle yin practice at home for about 15 minutes before I went to bed which seemed to help ease the back discomfort up.
I expect to make up for a missed class at the weekend where I can probably do two on one of the days. At the peak of a 30-day challenge there are sometimes niggles that are worth listening to. I think I’ll try and get some restorative classes in over the weekend to help my back out.
