Welcome to my happy life project.
I started this blog in January 2017 as I tried to shift my irregular yoga practice and running into something more consistent in order to keep my mental health and happiness on track. I’ve tried to use this blog to keep myself accountable and to share my experience to help others, whether they are experiencing mental health issues or not.
