I arrived into Bristol late on Monday night, at nearly 11pm. I wanted to try and get up early to run on Tuesday morning, as it had been 12 days since my last run. With going to yoga every day and intermittent fasting I haven’t had the time or energy to go.
Despite not sleeping very well, I still got up at 06:15 and onto the treadmill at 06:40. It wasn’t good. 4.23Km in 30 minutes. I had no energy and my legs ached terribly.
I suppose it was inevitable that I would find it hard.
In the late afternoon I drove back to London and managed to get to the studio for a 75 minute Bikram class. The class was good, and was number 15! The half way point.
