Wowzers….. 50 days of trying to do some exercise everyday. I started this challenge thinking how long 66 days was and that I probably wouldn’t keep to it. But, other than 4 days rest this has been a very long streak of self care, exercise, prioritising health, eating well, and in turn I have stopped drinking alcohol in the week and started intermittent fasting and am generally feeling pretty good in myself.
On Sunday I went to yoga twice to make up for the deficit from Friday. I didn’t really feel like I could get through a Bikram class so I went to Yin and wheel therapy. Both felt incredible and relaxing.
My running has completely fallen by the wayside this week. Next week I plan to get back to running as things were beginning to feel easier and I was reliably running 5Km in about 30 minutes, so I don’t want to lose the progress I have made there.
As far as yoga goes I have done 13 consecutive days of hot yoga classes so far. The wheel therapy class was amazing, it does incredible things for my back and I need to do more of it. Further intentions to add to my list!
