I was wildly hungover on Saturday so my desire to exercise was pretty low. I was booked into the 5pm Yin class which was about all I could manage.
I quite liked that this challenge got me off the sofa and into the studio, as without the challenge in process I just would not have bothered. I felt great afterwards; it just goes to show that it’s important to do things that are good for you, rather than just what you want to do. I must try and remember that.
Same applies to the drinking. I’ve cut my alcohol right down recently and I felt pissed off that I felt so bad most of the weekend. Time to evaluate my life choices.
