Sunday’s plan was to return to London for the 3pm 90 minute Bikram yoga class but I wasn’t back in time as I was restricted by train times. Instead I got back in time for a 75 minute wheel therapy class at 5pm and what a blessing this was.
The class involved a lot of back bends over the wheel and by the end had totally eradicated the niggling lower back pain I have had for months.
Now I know the routine to fix it I am keen to keep it up at home on the wheel I got at Christmas, that I haven’t used!
I am making great progress with this 66 day challenge but I am quite tired and struggling to fit any running in. I only managed one run last week.
Steve and I discussed the possibility of doing a half marathon on 16th June, as we planned to do one every 3 months this year. I need to make time for running if this is going to happen, but I’m not sure how to fit it in and get enough sleep on top of the 30-day hot yoga challenge.
