I had plans to visit my friend this weekend and as it was out of London my plan was to get to the 08:30 AM 60 minute Bikram class on Saturday and back into London for the 15:00 class on Sunday.
I have only ever done a few 08:30 AM yoga classes as I normally try and sleep in a bit at the weekends. This 30-day yoga challenge made me want to get up and go, so it seems that a challenge like this really aids my motivation.
I struggle with my flexibility in the morning, but I enjoyed the class and although I was fasting I got through it with no real problems.
Although I had a lovely weekend I felt very tired on Saturday night from practicing early.
