Friday was another busy day but because of this yoga challenge I had my sights on getting to the last class of the day. On Fridays this class is Bikram method with music and the lights down low. It was with another teacher whose classes I love but for very different reasons. They are hard but more spiritual and meditative.
The humidity made the class very challenging and although I had a big lunch I was again in the studio during the last hour in the day I can eat on the intermittent fasting (IF), so I allowed myself a coconut water again.
I do feel good on this programme and I’m finding the more committed I am to the IF and yoga and daily exercise challenges I have set myself, the more active I am being overall. I’m trying to take the stairs when I would otherwise have used an escalator and things like that. Lucky really, now that my cars off the road for 2 weeks before I can get the ABS looked at!
