It was my birthday on Monday, so on Sunday we were heading to my Mum’s for a birthday lunch.
So far I had done 3 runs and 2 yoga classes, so really wanted to get to yoga for the hat-trick.
So, I went to the 08:30 class and it was tough but I enjoyed it and it was nice to have met my goal for the week, and to be able to have a nice day without the guilt of having not done any exercise.
So last week I did 3 runs totalling 20Km, 3 yoga classes and 21 sun salutations.
Pretty pleased with that!
