On Friday morning I went for a run before work. I ran 5Km in 30:35 which for a morning run is pretty good for me.
I feel my pace has suddenly really improved and I am sure it’s a combination of my zero-drop trainers and running more regularly.
Feeling improvement is really reassuring. I feel like I am getting fitter, my stamina is improving and I don’t have the same anxiety about going out for a run now. So, achieving 3 runs a week is possible.
I’m not seeing any physical changes but I am surethey will come with time.
