On Thursday I didn’t have a hangover, so my aim of keeping drinks to a limit seemed to work. On waking I did 5 rounds of sun salutations before heading back to London.
On my journey home I started planning my exercise for the rest of the week and the weekend and I planned to go to yoga on Thursday night when I got home.
But, when I arrived Giles reminded me we were going to a gig and so I wouldn’t have time to go to class.
It was going to be my birthday weekend so I had a little anxiety that I wouldn’t get much exercise done. After some discussion with Steve we decided we would enter a 10Km race on Saturday.
With a plan in place I figured I would be able to approach my birthday weekend with little reserve and control. 🤞🏼
It’s just 10 weeks to my brothers wedding so once I get past my birthday I’ll be ramping my diet and exercise up a notch to get myself to a more comfortable weight by then.
