Today has been GREAT.
I started the day with a lovely 45 minute walk with Giles around the local common. This was my LISS training, and so nice to be out in the morning sunshine. Everything looked so beautiful. I need to do this more.
I was booked in to do a 90 minute yoga class at 19:30 but was ready from work to do the 6pm class instead which is a slightly more intense 75 minute class.
I was so hot, but I loved it. My breathing was good, my practice was strong and I felt great.
Despite my slip up on Sunday, I’ve done a little yoga practice everyday for 3 weeks and I can really feel it when I am in class.
So, today has been wonderful and I feel like I am at that point where because I’ve exercising consistently for a while; it feels easier.
I also had a good diet day after a probably not great weekend (no tracking was done). What an excellent start to the week.
