It is with great disappointment that at 1/3 of the way through my 66 day challenge, I forgot to do my daily practice!
I woke up with a hangover after a FAB night out on Saturday. I drank too much, but had the best night and although I don’t feel great that I didn’t manage to do any exercise on Sunday, I also had a really lovely day catching up with my boyfriend.
I travel so much that normally at weekends Giles and I are often doing our own things, but this weekend we had a lovely time together – so I don’t feel bad about missing one day of my challenge.
Although it’s a bit of a shame as it wouldn’t have taken anything to have done some sun salutations. I legitimately forgot. I think I need to try and make it the first thing I do everyday so I don’t forget. I mean, I think that was the point originally, but the challenge has somewhat morphed into a daily exercise challenge so as long as I go to yoga class, run or do the sun salutations that has been enough. So, I think now I would like to try and do salutations on waking and see how that goes.
Either way I am not going to let one little set back get in my way!
