When I’ve talked before about rounds of sun salutations I’ve been referring to doing the flow once on each side, stepping back to plank with the right leg first then stepping back with the left on the next flow.
On Tuesday I started the day with some sun salutations but this time I jumped back to plank! So I did 4 rounds of this type and it was definitely more challenging.
I don’t know if I am feeling a bit stronger or more confident in my practice but I just felt like I could do it. I honestly think it’s been a mental block for me, but now I have done it, I know I can. It’s just mind over matter.
