Today I signed myself up to a hot flow yoga class after work. This is a class I generally avoid. I feel like I am not really good enough at flow and this particular class is a bit more intense than some of the other flow classes.
But, I thought I’d bite the bullet and give it a go and I really enjoyed it. It was tough but not impossible. I still put my knees down for chataranga, but I kept up with the class, and only skipped the two side planks.
So, over a quarter of the way into this 66 day challenge I am making progress, seeing change in my mindset and routine, and feeling more confident and strong with my practice.
It feels good.
