Ok so I have failed to blog everyday, but you’ll be pleased to hear I haven’t totally failed my 66 day challenge. Just need to do a quick update.
On 24th April I travelled to France for a work trip that is basically 3 full days work with 2 full evenings of entertaining. This involves alcohol. Alcohol is the nemesis of my good intentions.
However, it wasn’t a total loss.
On day 4/66 (25th April) I woke up and did 4 rounds of sun salutations before work and ran for 5Km after work in 31:16 on the treadmill at the hotel gym.
In all honesty I would normally head to the bar straigh after work but there was an hour downtime so I sucked it up and went to the gym instead.
A good start, it didn’t really continue so well. But slow progress is still progress.
