I was hungover when I woke up on day 5 (26th) and had had very little sleep, a major theme for last week.
Despite this, I did 2 rounds of sun salutations when I woke up and made a point of doing another 2 rounds before dinner.
I was pleased that despite feeling rank I sucked it up and stuck to plan. Hardly a taxing exercise workload but that’s not the point. The point is a little everyday.
