I did 2 rounds of sun salutations this morning which set me up nicely for the busy day I had doing various admin and appointments before heading to France for the rest of the week.
My flight was postponed by 3 hours which I knew about in advance but then was delayed another 30 minutes after I got to Heathrow. I had initially booked a 16:30 flight so I could get a good nights sleep down route and get to the gym on Wednesday morning before work. Instead I arrived at my hotel at gone midnight, having only had 4 hours 48 minutes sleep last night and I left home 6 hours ago! I’m rather tired now.
I’ve just done 2 rounds of sun salutations before bed, because I wanted to do something and it seemed as good as any.
Not really sure I’ll be up with the birds tomorrow so if I am not up in time for the gym I will do some yoga in my room before breakfast.
That’s my intention anyway.
