I went to a 90 minute yoga class on Tuesday night and it was really special. Hot, busy and full of energy. I had one of my strongest practices in ages – both flexible and strong. I felt like a yoga warrior and loved it!
It’s hard to remember the time before I had this yoga in my life and I feel like I need to really focus on getting more classes in each week so that I can really see progress.
I’ve now done 107 classes in 214 days, but lots of those were in January when I did a 30-day challenge, and April when I went on a yoga retreat. Most other months have been around 10 classes, the minimum number I was aiming to achieve.
With that in mind I am going to reset my intention and make my minimum amount 14 classes a month for the remainder of the year. As Autumn approaches I want to make sure I am motivated to spend my evenings in the studio, gym or out running rather than just sitting around drinking red wine!
