Late into Wolverhampton on Monday night. 60 minute hotel room yoga. AWFUL nights sleep. Annoying Tuesday that didn’t go as planned. Train to Exeter, straight into bed at 18:30 as I was so knackered, no exercise, rubbish room service, couldn’t get to sleep, another crappy night.
Difficult working day today, meant to start a case at 08:30, actually started at 14:30. On train back to London due to arrive 19:21 then an hour home from there but been stuck outside Paddington station for 60 minutes due to a station evacuation due to a suspect package.
I’m exhausted, hungry, drained. I’ve done no exercise the last 2 days, and my meals have mainly been crisps due to the lack of GF vegan options when out and about.
The train manager just made an announcement that we won’t be moving for another 45-60 minutes.
I could cry.
I am sorry you are having a frustrating week and that you are going to get home tonight much later that you want. Don’t beat yourself up. Try and sleep tonight and tomorrow brings another day. Xxxxx
