Even though I arrived into Wolverhampton late, finally getting to my room at 21:30 I decided to get a 60 minute yoga done. I realised it would be unlikely that I could get to the gym in the morning so if I didn’t do something it would be Tuesday night before I would get the chance.
60 minutes of yoga before bed I figured would set me up for a good nights sleep, but it was the worst sleep I’ve had in so long. I was still awake at 2am and had to get up at 06:30.
Today is going to be a long day.
