After the success of last nights yoga class I booked myself in to the intermediate hot Bikram yoga class at lunch today.
The last time I tried an intermediate class was at the yoga retreat in the summer and I did not cope well. Physically it was too challenging and as soon as I couldn’t do it I started having really negative feelings towards myself.
I’m going to give it another shot today and I’m going to really try and just do what I can, rather than beating myself up when it gets too tough.
I’m on day 27 of practicing and running every day, and there are plenty of people who would find this challenge too hard. We are all different, with different abilities and goals, so as long as I try my best I will at least be making progress.
