Snow?
In London?
You’re having a bubble! (as said in my best cockney accent. Bubble bath- giraffe- laugh!)
So yeah, snow. Chilly.
Today was a light exercise day with the 1.25 run to yoga which required wrapping up warm, then a 60min class.
My intention when I started this blog was to write everyday and the last few days I have been busy with work and so have been a bit behind. So, this is just a short post to get my exercise posting up to date and to get back on track.
I have a day of annual leave tomorrow so will be writing more tomorrow about my happy life project.
Goodnight folks x
