Welcome to your first reflective task. There will be a few over the next 10 days.
Acts of reflection are an amazing way to look inwards, to soul-search, to drive self-compassion and build a better understanding of ourselves.
For this task I invite you to think a little about who you are in a task called ‘I am….’.

Grab a piece of paper and a pen, or print out this image above. Write your name on the dotted line in the circle, or draw this circle out in the middle of your page and write I AM in the circle and then insert your name as well. Then spend a little time thinking of who you are. At the end of each spoke write a POSITIVE attribute about your character. you will end up with 8 words in total, at the end of each spoke.
Try not to just write down at old word, but spend a little while contemplating who you are, how your behave, how others may see you. Only commit your 8 words to the page after some careful consideration.
If this is a bit of a reach for you, and you need some help that is ok. Below is a list of words that may help you get going.

At the end you will have 8 carefully selected words that you identify with being part of your character.
How did you find this task? Was it easy for you or did you struggle to think of 8 positive words to describe you?
Let me know how you found it!
