We landed back in London at 21:30 on Sunday night and got home near to 23:00. My plan was to go to the 06:30 hot Pilates class on Monday morning but I knew I wouldn’t make it, so I cancelled it with a plan to run a bit later in the morning instead.
I woke up still full of motivation and after a coffee (or two) I set off and ran 5Km in 30:19. A decent time considering it’s been a while.
Pretty chuffed to start this week well. It’s going to be a good one.
