I made it to two yoga classes yesterday, at the end of my working day.
It been a long time since I did back to back classes, and it was pretty tough!
The first class was warm vinyassa flow, and I found it really enjoyable. The last time I did this teachers flow class it was at 06:30 in the morning which I really struggled with, so I had some anxiety about going. But, I was really supple and strong and got through the whole class with relative ease, even getting into some full binds.
The next class was 30 minutes later so between classes I sat outside in the sunshine having a coconut water and chatting to other yogis which was nice. Then I went back in for a 75 minute Bikram class.
It was a tough one where all the postures had 2 sets, so it was quite difficult so I ended up doing just one set of the spine strengthening series.
Interestingly I got both my legs up pretty high in locust which I usually struggle with.
So, those were classes 26 & 27.
On Satuday I am planning on getting to hot Pilates and wheel class, but I also have to get to Kent to visit my bestie, and pack for Serbia! So excited that I’ll be on holiday on Monday!
