Today I ran. I mentioned to Giles I should go at some point and he said he’d come along with me, which really helped me to just go without the mental uncertainty I normally have to overcome.
We did 5Km in 29:30. It was surprisingly easy so hopefully, despite the recent lull, I don’t have to do much work to get back to where I was with my running a few weeks back.
Then at 8pm I did a hot Bikram 60 minute class which was tough but good. That was class 25/30 and I’m feeling really good on this challenge.
If I can do it, I want to do 2 classes tomorrow night; a 60 minute flow followed by Bikram 60.
On Saturday I will do hot inferno Pilates followed by wheel conditioning before heading to Kent and on Sunday wheel conditioning at 5pm assuming I get back in time.
That’ll be 30 classes in 27 days, so I can finish the chart in the yoga studio before I go, then continue out in Serbia.
Tomorrow I want to plan how things wil look at the end of these challenges and book some races so I have goals.
I feel like it’s going to be a good summer.
