Tuesday marked the 8th consecutive day of hot yoga, which was a 60 minute class at 8pm. I’m finding it a bit disruptive on the intermittent fasting programme to go to yoga during the last few hours I am able to eat. I can’t eat too close to class so I’ve had to stop eating at around 6:30pm which makes my fasting period even longer.
I haven’t planned this week so everything feels like I am just winging it. I need to plan what I’m doing with my work, exercise and diet as I find things much easier that way.
Work was busy on Tuesday and so I only had the time to go to yoga; I couldn’t run as well. So it’s been 5 days since I last ran and I really need to get my shit together because the aim of this 30-day hot yoga challenge was not to replace all other exercise!
That said, I am doing some exercise every day, so I need to recognise that this is a massive commitment to my wellbeing, and a huge achievement.
