I am away again a lot this week and I want to have a much better approach to my exercise and self-care than I had last week.
I went to a hotel on Monday night for a course I was running there on Tuesday, and on Wednesday afternoon I will be travelling to Manchester for the remainder of the working week.
So, yesterday I started my day with 2 rounds of sun salutations in my hotel room.
When I got home I had an early dinner before a 60 minute Bikram class at 8pm. Recently most of my yoga has been home practice or Yin and I feel like I am missing the intensity of Bikram classes. It felt wonderful to be back in the hot room immersed in this yoga practice that I have gained so much from the last 9 years.
I’m pleased that I am sticking to this daily plan. It’s now May and I can not believe how much of the year has passed me by. On my train to Manchester today I will make a plan for the month so I have so clarity about my goals.
