Sunday 

I travelled to Ireland this afternoon. I got to Heathrow early enough that they offered for me to go on the earlier flight, which I took. The guy said that the flight I was due to take was still in Dublin and was going to be delayed so it would be worth it.

I’m glad I did as I didn’t get to the hotel till nearly half 8, an hour later than I had anticipated.

On the drive I kept thinking how lovely the sunshine was and how nice it might be to go for a little run when I got to the hotel.

So, as soon as I checked in I changed and went out for a little run. I was planning on making it about 3Km but actually ran 5Km. I’m pleased that I did. It was very scenic along the waterfront as the sun was setting; beautiful.

A great end to the weekend and a step towards having a happy and healthy week here in Ireland.
