I slept in compression running socks last night as my legs were so achy from the 10 mile run yesterday. I woke several times in the night as my legs were fidgety.
At about 05:30 I had a visit from Clifford (the cat) who came and sat on my chest for 15 minutes. I considered getting up to make the 06:30 yoga class but the idea of trying to bend this stiff body of mine wasn’t exactly appealing.
So, I got up at 7 and made it to the gym for a gentle 30 minute static bike session. I’ve gone for Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) which is fasted cardio. Mainly though I’m just getting the legs moving, under low resistance, and it feels gooooooood!
