Day 31

This is the last day of the January Run Every Day challenge and I need to run 2Km today to make it 100Km that I have run this month. 

I’m in Rome on a work congress and there is a packed schedule for meetings, training, networking, dinners etc. So waking up this morning after a 3 hours 7 minutes sleep (as calculated by my FitBit) running wasn’t really a high priority! 

I’ve made it to now without dying of exhaustion and this hangover, so that’s good.

The plan is to get to the gym around 5pm before this evenings dinner arrangements. 
I’ve got to dig deep.

Truly it is the realisation that I’ll be finishing this challenge after today’s run that is getting me through. Just 2Km to do. That is all.
