I did the intermediate class in my lunch break and ran to class in the evening. 1.62Km.
I’m finding that as my yoga gets stronger my runs are suffering. My pace is at an all time low, but with just a few days to go of this challenge I have truly made my peace with it. I just want to complete the challenge and the use the remainder of the year to really focus on improving my running and practicing yoga regularly, just not both everyday.
The second yoga class of the day was OK, I just wasn’t full of energy which was pretty understandable. The class is done to music and is a really lovely way to close down the working week. I also got to practice with lots of friends in the studio with me which is so uplifting. Nearly every friend I have made in London I have met through yoga. It’s such a wonderful community of like-minded souls. What a blessing that I have found my tribe.
