For Christmas my lovely boss Kim kindly gave me a Wellness Journal.
Last night before I went to sleep I spent some time reflecting on my day and happiness and this is a such a great way to do it. The journal asks you to comment on particular aspects of the day ahead and at the end of the day you make some reflection.
For me, it’s very easy for days, weeks, months and years to pass me by leaving me to feel like an extra in the film of my own life. This form of dissociative thinking is common in people with post traumatic stress disorder (one of my labels), and so grounding myself with actively thinking about my days is a great thing to do.
The Daily Greatness Wellbeing Journal is a tangible means of thinking about wellbeing proactively and retrospectively.
So I’m trying to do a little every day, with a little help from Clifford.
