It’s ice cold outside. Probably a lot colder outside of London, but I think my thermoregulation is a bit dodgy and I’m really feeling it.
So I got up into the loft this evening to get my purple moon boots out.
I know they are fugly and a bit 80’s après-ski retro, but I don’t care! I love them. 💜
Completed my run and yoga for the day. The yoga class was my most flexible one yet and I got to have dinner with 3 of my faves afterwards.
I feel like my yoga has really began to change for the better this week, but at the expense of my running somewhat as I’ve only managed 1 and a bit to 2 Km each night. For me it’s felt like the right balance and I am respecting my body by doing what feels right.
Bed for me now. Home straight really starts tomorrow!
