Today is day 20.
Plan for the day:
Currently drinking a coconut oil coffee and eating breakfast. This happens to be some fresh mango and one slice of gluten free toast with organic hummus and tenderstem broccoli on it! (I’m addicted to hummus and broccoli – this is not an exaggeration).
I have to be out the house by 10 for work so I am going to book a flight and finish a few emails before I go. I should be back home by lunchtime. I ‘ll aim to take my run at lunchtime so that it doesn’t eat into my evening too much. Then work at home this afternoon before yoga with friends at 19:15, followed by dinner.
I feel really positive about getting to day 20. Its the home straight! I travel with work on 24-25th and again from 29th, and so I need to get 11 more yoga classes completed in the next 9 days. It shouldn’t be too hard to do a few doubles, but I definitely need to start maximising my time better and get over this resistance to exercising before work in the morning.
It is a real blessing to have an admin afternoon to really get on top of my emails and planning for the next week or so. I find self-organisation very hard but it makes such a positive impact on my happiness to feel in control of my diary and the work I have to do. I’m feeling very positive about going into this weekend with all niggling bits of work completed so I can have a weekend without any thoughts of the work I need to do hanging overhead.
Today will be a good day.
