I went to a 90 minute yoga class tonight but definitely hadn’t eaten enough after my run as I just didn’t have enough energy. I told myself I just had to get through it, and I did.
Part of this challenge is about having no expectations, just accepting what my body will allow me to do and being happy with that.
This made me realise that ultimately my happy life project isn’t about constantly seeking happiness, it’s about finding contentment in the life I live.
Tonight we have watched a lovely little film called Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Well worth a watch for that feel good factor.
