On Sunday I completed my 30-day hot yoga challenge. I travelled back from Kent to get to the 5pm wheel conditioning class.
Most wheel classes to date have been very relaxing, but this one was a mix of flow and then some backbend work. The flow part was quite the challenge, I struggled with balancing and it made me realise how attached I am to the postures I can do with ease. It’s always the posture that you find hard which you need the most.
During these 30 days I have been able to explore a range of different yoga classes, have become more flexible, had a shift away from alcohol and feel ready to go to Serbia for a week long, semi-silent yoga retreat..
