I love water. I carry round a CamelBak Chute 1 litre water bottle so that I can keep suitably hydrated all day. Usually I drink about 3-4 litres a day and I keep my electrolytes up with additional coconut water and with adding pink Himalayan salts to all my meals pretty much. I’m fairly obsessed with Himalayan salts – I highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t already. You can also add some to your bath water, assuming you have a bath, but even if you don’t; soaking your feet in Himalayan salt water is also really lovely.
Over the last few weeks with daily yoga practice I have definitely upped my intake of coconut water, salt and water – but my skin feels a bit tight and dry. I know I’m hydrating well and just feel that I need something to hydrate my skin topically.
Today I found a fabulous restoring body butter from a company called Good Things. The best thing about it is that its vegan friendly. It’s made my skin feel so much better and healthy after just one application. This has made for a happy day!
